What happens if I cancel?

Your existing Pro links stay permanent forever. New links you publish after cancellation will have the standard 90-day expiration.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Pro requires a free JotBird account so we know which documents and links belong to you.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Can I change my custom URL later?

Yes. You can change it anytime from the publish modal or page settings. Note that the old URL will stop working when you change it.
